Terms and Conditions for Esp Retreat LLC.
1. General Information

By booking a retreat with ESP Retreat LLC. , you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to ensure clarity, safety, and a smooth experience for all participants.

2. Bookings and Payments

Reservation: A booking is confirmed once a deposit/payment is made.

Payment: Full payment is required 90 days before the retreat begins, unless otherwise agreed.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Methods of Payment: We accept payments through credit card

3. Health and Safety

Medical Conditions: Participants must inform ESP Retreat LLC. of any medical conditions or concerns prior to booking, and any special requirements for accommodations.

Fitness Level: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally capable of engaging in retreat activities.

Liability: ESP Retreat LLC. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the retreat, except in cases of negligence.

4. Accommodation and Facilities

Room Assignments: Accommodation details will be provided at the time of booking. Any specific preferences or requests should be communicated at least 90 days in advance.

Shared Spaces: Participants agree to respect shared spaces, fellow guests, and retreat staff.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward others and staff.

Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of retreat guidelines may result in expulsion from the retreat without a refund.

6. Changes to the Program

ESP Retreat LLC. reserves the right to modify or cancel retreat activities due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, instructor availability, or not enough participants).

ESP Retreat LLC. has the right to change homes, hotels, or any other dwelling in the case of not enough people sign up for said retreat. You will be notified if this happens.

In the unlikely event of a full cancellation by ESP Retreat LLC., all payments will be refunded, including any deposits.

7. Intellectual Property

Content shared during the retreat, including workshops, materials, and presentations, remains the intellectual property of ESP Retreat LLC. or individual facilitators. Participants may not record or distribute such content without permission.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. Below is our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations by Participants

More than 240 Days Before Retreat Start: You may cancel and receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

180 days You will receive a 50% refund as a credit toward a different retreat, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Less than 179 Days Before Retreat Start: No refund will be issued. (In the case of an emergency, please reach out to host as this will be on a case-by-case basis if we issue a refund)

Non-Attendance or Early Departure: No refunds are given for non-attendance or early departure from the retreat.

2. Cancellations by ESP Retreat LLC.

In the event that ESP Retreat LLC. cancels the retreat for any reason, you will be fully refunded, including the deposit.

If the retreat is rescheduled, you will have the option to either transfer your booking to the new dates or receive a full refund.

* We do recommend you purchase Travel Insurance for any retreat you sign up for.

Travel is never included in the price of any retreat with ESP Retreat LLC.
